Sorry, I don't know what a irc database is, and how to question it. In
what format is the database, and how big is it? Maybe you can put it on
your website, for download?
Well, I imagine that the database is rather big. For the beginning, I
think it would be sufficient to have the information for the cities,
where the people live, who replied in this (original) thread --
currently about 50 cities.
