Pete-

I looked at your Spectre Setup, and it looks good (the
way it works) but it looks not quite finished (the way
it looks). Some funny little errors I got included a
white strip out of the upper-right of the AGREE button
and out of the upper-left of the DISAGREE button on
the initial setup screen. It also didn't give me the
option to decide on where to put it, it just defaulted
to C:\PROGRAM FILES\SPECTRE SOFTWARE\Spectre Setup.

Hope this helps you out, looks good so far!

Think about it-

Bill Gates has enough money to buy everybody in the world a large
pizza. Most of us don't even have enough money to buy everybody
in the world a 20 minute phone call for 99 cents!

I may do a redesign on the setup side soon...

Could this be a win32lib error? Im not sure, it looks ok on my machine, if
anyone else experiences this please let me know. Also, what resolution do
you run windows in?

This is because the program can't create its own shortcuts (yet) and so the
path must already be set for existing shortcuts to work.

There is a small program that comes on the Windows 95 CD (the
original) called SHORTCUT.EXE - that lets you create shortcuts by
supplying the path and file and other options. This might be useful
for you. Its under \ADMIN\APPTOOLS\ENVVARS\ - I don't know if
it is on any other Windows version CDs.
