One day, into this list came a 14 year old from Canada with delusions of grandeur. Some people spoke to him. Others were more wary. His name was Nate. Eventually the newcomer became uppity and people stopped liking him, and Nate became hate. Nate didn't like this, and so posted a trojan to the mailing list that some people executed. They lost some of their files. Many of those on the mailing list got very angry with Nate, and threatened action (one of them, who looked a little bit like your storyteller, got too angry and made some very nasty threats that he stills feels very silly about). Eventually, the Euphoric Knight, who also lived in Canada, telephoned Nate's parent's and told them what Nate had done. They were not happy and the boy was taken away from his now beloved trolling. Many months later, a familiar sounding call came unto the mailing list, this time from Belgium, via a HotMail account. The members of the list became wary again. The story has not yet ended, but the moral so far is: Be OK with people you meet on the mailing list, and they will be OK with you. Especially if you're in Belgium, using a HotMail account, sounding a lot like something we've seen before. Mike, please don't turn into another Nate. Thanks, Carl -- Carl R.
