I was going to write a library for
reading/writing/creating Windows .LNK files. I found
a .PDF document that explains everything, but I don't
understand it (I've programmed a while, but I wouldn't
call myself experienced). Could someone look at this
and possibly write a more "English" version or maybe
even write a lib like this themself?
I know there are many free install programs for
installing software, but I want to create my own, just
to play around with and maybe be somewhat useful.
