Oops, there was a missing flag. Change is to line 199 of editor.exw:
{WS_EX_CLIENTEDGE,WS_EX_ACCEPTFILES}

This works fine here. You do have single instance checked on the
options menu, I assume. One known "feature" is that the editor.ini
file is not saved until the editor is closed. I should fix that.
