1. OidZone 1.02

I added an Arcade Controls option which switches the left and right hands
to match a "real" asteroids arcade game layout.  I also fixed the "press 1
or 2 to play again:" not actually doing it problem.

BTW the OidZone Programmer's Reference is finished now.  I am shipping the
first batch out on monday.
