I'll rebind it each time if that's the only way but it will be a bit
of a pain, I have a registered copy of Euphoria but I can't ask him to
buy one just for this small program (which he'll only be using in exe
form) :)

Making the app use an external icon file would be a good solution, is
this possible?

That i don't know. I haven't tried doing much of anything with the
windoze gui, besides
occasional text output.
