I have a program that can create 3d images and I would like to render them to
jpegs or bitmaps. Is there a program that I can download that just renders
instead of a whole editor like that Blender program?

When I think of any such renderer, I think of Blue Moon Rendering
Tools, or BMRT for short. I can't remember offhand what the site is,
but make a search with google and perhaps you'll find it.
