Hello Al, thanks for the reply. > Another idea would be to check out my command line > handler that's posted on the Euphoria download > site (archives). > The file "DComLine.e" handles drag and drop as well. > > The program handles drag and drop to "exw" type files, > and after binding it works the same with "exe" type. I went to the archives as well as recent contributions and was not able to find "DComLine.e". I found several other files from you but not this one. Am I looking in the wrong place? Is it part of some other download? Thanks, Jim

.. I just wish there was a way we could write a 'DCom.e' file for Eu... Damn thou filthy slack coders!! Hehe, no realy, I checked, there's no way to do COM/DCOM coding in Eu... Pretty bad since this is the strongest point VB has.. I tried using IDispatch to call members, I tried to locate the lpVtbl and poking to it'zs members (and using call() to call C functions), but no go, it's just impossible... I think a *realy* damned good COM/OLE coder should give it a shot. We wanna use DX!!! ;) Mike The Spike PS. No, Exotica is no excuse... Sorry Todd, but it don't work for me, and offcourse it needs yet another extra DLL to be installed with, and that error reporting thingy to a file... argh... WE WAN'T COM!!! :P
