1. Win32lib site moved.
Hi,
I've moved my Win32lib download site to a different ISP. Some people had
reported that the other site was sometimes unavailable, so I hope people
have better luck with this one.

(Note the "dd" in "ddparnell" is delibrate)

Oh shoot, Derek, now I have to go and change all those places I
refered to the .net version! Eeek!
And oh yeah, perhaps you should have an update to the site with the
stamped version of .55.1?
