1. Off the Internet?

Hi. Some of you - especially students - will be losing Internet access when summer starts. I recommend Juno, a free email program that doesn't require an Internet Service Provider (ISP). I use it myself for backup when my ISP goes down. You can get Juno by emailing support at juno.com ; = or if you're impatient, search the Net for juno.zip. There may be other = email programs around not requiring an ISP, but Juno is easy to use and it = works. Another alternative is an old-fashioned bulletin board system. Many = BBSes these days have Internet access for low fees; some here in Portland, = Oregon even have free email. Juno requires Windows, but you can BBS with any = good DOS communication program. I like Telix, which works fine on our backup computer, a 286. So unless you live someplace like Outer Anklebone there's no need to miss out on good ol' Euphoria. And we need all the hotshot young programmers = we can get - like you, Reaper. Regards, Warren
