I attach a zipped .ex file with comments...all in Czechoslovakian
(or something) language.
Can any of you helpful people take time out to translate it into
English for me? It represents an elegant solution to the traveling salesman
problem and runs fine (with some .e files which I can sent to whom-ever is
interested) but I would like to know more about how it works. Hence the request.
The author is Jan and his address is janovec at pol.upce.cz
He is just as frustrated as I am since his English is limited.
Any volunteers?
