1. directx & win ce

Microsoft is coming out with directx for windows CE.
  Now if we could convince microsoft to let us run Win CE on a PC
  instead of Win9x, Win2xxx then with Euphoria you gamers could
  build some good games with out all that extra windows overhead.

Directx? more bloat to the already-skinny-to-nothing WinCE?
