1. Dave's EE for Linux

I have posted a development copy of Dave Cuny's EE editor for the Linux
platform on my web site. It works great, but there are still some features
which are disabled under the Linux OS.

Rather than bother Rob with constant updates, I'll post them here until there
seem to be no more changes needed. I would appreciate your comments and
suggestions.
