Dave:
Since you're busy at the moment, I went ahead and updated
your EE/L editor. It now looks like the DOS version, and
(as always) works great. I was able to stomp several
annoying Linux-related bugs along the way.
Shall I e-mail the package privately to you, or would it
be ok to send it directly to Rob for posting on the web?

How about both? I'll just adopt it as the official version, assuming that
there's nothing funky going on. Robert can go ahead and replace my prior
version with yours.
Be sure to give yourself proper credit in the documentation and the
"About..." dialog!
