I've made a mod to EE21CS3, adding a recent-files list to the File
menu; full-paths of the files listed there and in the View menu to the
statusbar; and a retrograde fix for a rare bug that could occur when running
using ex.exe v2.0.  (Yes, I know it was meant to be run with 2.1, but I'm a
bit behind the times.)
     Since Carl has stated that he won't be working on EE for awhile :( I'm
going to go ahead and make my mods available in case anyone else wants them.
As it's just a minor mod, there are just the three changed files.
