1. BNF description of Euphoria

Hey all, Does anyone know if a BNF-like syntax description of Euphoria has been written down anywhere? I looked in the docs and didn't see anything. The reason I ask is, I'm curious about exactly what characters are allowed in procedure/function names--and variable names too, I suppose (for quite a while I thought EU variable names couldn't contain digits, although I don't know where I picked that up from.) I know characters, digits, and underscores are legal, but what about tildes, etc.? I figure I could test a couple dozen empty procedures, varying in name only by one character, but figured that if anyone knew offhand, it would save me and others the trouble. And it might help others understand the language, too. Thanks, Rod Jackson

I was going to put one together when I was working on Gnuphoria, but never got around to it. It would be a good thing to have. -- David Cuny
