I'll consider extending short-circuiting in a future release.
return statements in types might be reasonable.
Perhaps the simple rule that I'm looking for could be:
"Short-circuiting applies to any expression that is required
to produce a true/false result".
However, it's a bit too complicated to get into this during the
beta test period.
