It works!!!
I'm sending this time a 100% win32lib program (using the win32lib
distribution I downloaded 10 minutes ago from RDS's site). I just called
the win32lib function getHandle() to get the hwnd parameter required for
ChangeWindowIcon. A small fixe was made in cicon.ew, win32lib declared as
global the variable user32, so I changed it to user32dll.
Pay attention to the onClick_ChangeButton() procedure.
