Register - Select the Step 1 link above to open a new window that will take you 
through the entire process.
You must have javascript and cookies turned on in your browser for this step to 
succeed. 

That's why. When you did the new install, you didn't turn off javascript, etc..
The
target is "javascript:makeNewWindowLogin()". Unless i want to manually read the 
html and form the url, i won't be getting it either. I can fake the cookies.
