older versions of IDE used to have a message box with this wording. I've removed it in later versions since the problem is usually something the user did in Properties. If you were using IDE, then look at the output ex.err file to see exactly what is being complained about. This was a recent version of IDE, downloaded only a couple of days ago. I know what I was doing wrong; two labels with the same name. Thanks for your reply.
