1. Missing 'Include Win32lib'
I recently got a pop up window with the title "Contact Author"
The window said "Missing 'Include Win32lib'or error is in create
statements"
I have no idea who to send this to.

We could guess that you don't have the correct version of Win32Lib, or
don't have one at all. But it would be much easier if you could tell us
what program you were trying to run when you got the error. Chances
are the Author is reading this list, and could answer directly.
