I agree with your statement and this is what I have been saying=
 all 
along. Eu definitely needs changes, but the most serious changes=
 
needs to be made with the Libraries themselves. There are so many=
 
areas we have not touched with EU.

there is so more needed.

We all agree the Namespace issue has to be dealt with. That is=

one thing everyone has agreed on, but how to implement this is=
