1. Last chance to report bugs in Release Candidates

In about 15 hours from now, I plan to
post the existing release candidates for 3.1.1
to the RDS website, and make them official.

WIN+DOS:
   http://www.rapideuphoria.com/uploads/e31setup.exe

Linux:
   http://www.rapideuphoria.com/uploads/euphor31.tar

FreeBSD:
   http://www.rapideuphoria.com/uploads/eubsd31.tar

If anyone can spot any significant bugs,
please let me know about it soon, otherwise
you might have to wait a couple of months
until the next release.

There is something wrong with ecw.exe.
If I run it without command line parameters
and then press Enter on its prompt, it
outputs the strange message, literally:

.exwt open

Press Enter

But ec.exe just aborts as expected.

I haven't looked at the code,
but that might have something to do with Matt's
default program file types change. Hopefully we can
fix that for 3.2 (or whatever comes next.)
