You may distribute .exe's that you make using the
free translator, but they will have the RDS message and delay
at start-up.

You can modify the C code that's produced by the translator,
but you can't modify RDS's runtime library (before or after linking)
or the translator itself. I'll make that clearer next time.

You may distribute commercial or non-commercial programs
made by the free or registered translator.
