1. Win32Lib Beta

I've posted the latest Win32Lib beta (v0.43a) at my site:

    www.lanset.com/dcuny/euphoria.htm

New features include:

   - Printing (check out generic.exw)
   - HTML documentation (win32lib.htm)
   - Supports 24 bit bitmaps (thanks to Brian Broker)

It seems fairly stable to me, so it's up to the beta testers to prove me
wrong. I expect to send a copy to Robert in a few days, once all the obvious
bugs are squashed.
