I have a quick question I'm afraid I probably already know the answer to :) I checked the documentation and example programs that came with the much mourned visual euphoria library, and didn't see any information on if it's possible to, when you make a "open file" type command, to specify only files with a certain extension(such as .txt) would be visible in the OpenDialog menu when it appears. I figure it's probably not supported, but if it is, and I missed out for lack of the courage to ask...... ^^

I'm afraid your answer is the right answer; as it stands at this moment, the OpenDialog can only send something to the application, receiving (a) default extension(s) is not (yet) implemented. But you can type your defaults (like *.exw, *.ew) in the input field, o= f course. ^ | /-\<| Naflign asked: > I have a quick question I'm afraid I probably already know the answer= to :) > I checked the documentation and example programs that came with the m= uch > mourned visual euphoria library, and didn't see any information on if= it's > possible to, when you make a "open file" type command, to specify onl= y files > with a certain extension(such as .txt) would be visible in the OpenDi= alog > menu when it appears.
