Thanks again for changing this function to accept a single Eu bitmap
parameter. Now my question is: createDIB currently supports up to 256
color bitmaps, is it possible (and are there plans) to allow at least
16-bit color depth bitmaps?

I *think* the reason it's limited is because I didn't have example code that
showed how to do it. There's was also a limit to the size of bitmaps that
Euphoria could read, although I don't know if it still exists. Pete
mentioned something about supporting 16 color bitmaps (I think); perhaps he
could donate the code to Robert?
In any event, if it's not too difficult and someone points me to the code, I
can give it a stab.
