1. Win32Lib 0.40 Update

I've sent in an update to Win32Lib; it now has three new controls:

   - TaskBar
   - StatusBar
   - PictureButton

I've updated the Generic demo to show off the features. I've also added a
file full of standard toolbar XPMs from Gnome that can be used. I'll
probably build XPM support into the next release, instead of making it an
optional component.

Anyone had a chance to look at the latest version of Win32Lib's Design
program yet? I'll try to rewrite it over the next couple of days to use the
'real' button bar, although the effect is pretty much the same.
