1. Re: Danger! Type-checking & the translator -- Diamond

By this weekend, I will add some new files to Diamond, changing the type
checking from in Standard Library so that Diamond programs will work with
the v2.3 Translator.  These will be alternatives to the standard includes,
not replacements--so users who don;t translate programs will be unaffected,
a will users of the upcoming v2.4 translator. I will also add a docment
describing how to use exception thowing types in code for the v2.3
translator.
