1. Suggestion for 2.4 -- it's not too late!

Make the official version of the Windows interpreter a "version 4"
executable or whatever it is that the "convert" utility does to it.
That way everyone will get normal looking Windows when making GUIs
without having to know of the existence of a special utility. (Although
you still need it for translated programs with Watcom, I think.) I
imagine some users may have dropped Eu after making their first Windows
program when it had the Win 3.1 "look"...

Or at least include it as part of the 2.4 distro, and add a note about it in
the documentation.

Hi Andy,
Note forgetting that most common controls appear wrongly. eg the
ComboBoxEx that appears highlighted at the top.

I'm including a little Euphoria program in euphoria\bin that will
make a 4.0 exw from a 3.1 exw, and another program that
will make a console app version of exw.
I can see only a *tiny* difference between the two GUI versions
(testing on Judith's IDE).
exw has always been a 32-bit program and has never
run on Windows 3.1

OK. It will be 4.0, but I'll include a little program
that can create a 3.1 version, in case anyone encounters
any glitches. From the Microsoft docs, it certainly looks possible
that this could break someone's code, though hopefully it will be rare.

I hope to get credit for the fix I supplied to Robert months ago....
LCC an Bor automatically set ver 4.0 but Watcom has one
simple line that can be added.

Remember to put me in the documentation Robert ...
