How does one disable the maximize button? How does one disable the ability to resize a window? I've tried WS_BORDER, but it makes the window look funny and removes the system box and the minimize/maximize/close buttons . . . What is the area of a window called that contains the minimize/maximize/close buttons anyway?

I know that!!! Apparently there isn't a name for this particular area of the window, oh well . . .
