I'd be happy if the plain ole basic features worked, like deliver the #%^&$^
email to us.

The EUforum message board will be up and running during this time.
Topica users should receive all posted EUforum messages shortly
after Topica comes back up.

That is so bogus. As often as they go down for "upgrades" , they should just
install new hardware at the new site, and switch the dns entry there, then
sell the old hardware on Yahoo.

And I thought it was because I was precognizant! blink

Sorry about that. I'm running Linux-Mandrake, and for some reason it seems to
ignore the BIOS time settings, or change them, or something... I hope to fix
it eventually.

Lets not forget that the main problem with the old list was MTS'
postings. The main benifit of Topica is that MTS can't post on it.=20

Perhaps this is because Mandrake thinks that the BIOS is set to GMT. If you
set the BIOS to your regular time, Mandrake will move the time over as if
it's a different time zone. I think you can change this setting in the
Mandrake Control Center. I don't have it on so I can't check. I do remember
this setting when you install it, so it must be somewhere. Good luck!
