1. win32lib and MenuItem's

How, exactly, does win32lib keep track of menuitems, and their associated
onClick's?
In the attached program, "Change to New", works once, and only once !
... since the sub-menu id's obviously aren't changing, I assumed this would
work more than once, but no such luck.
Is there any way around this?
