Depends on what you want to do.  You won't be able to print anything
directly using puts/printf/etc.  It's possible to use the Unicode functions
in windows to do things, however.  Basically, unicode characters are 2 bytes
long.  If you take a look at my EuCOM package, there's a file in there
called unicode.ew, which will convert between ANSI and unicode.  It looks at
unicode strings as a sequence of bytes, rather than a sequence of words
(2-bytes).
