1. win32api
I have VB and it comes with a Microsoft Database of the win32api.
I've managed to use it to generate an entire(close anyhow) set of
wrappers for the win32 api. 700kb of links and wrappers, and 500kb of
constants and structure declarations.
It seems to be somewhat incomplete though. EG. there are no comctl32.dll
declarations.
Where can I get the win32api header files?

Borlands headers are different than Microsoft in many of the files
I suggest the PSDK or DDK.

You can get the Microsoft SDKs here:
http://www.microsoft.com/msdownload/platformsdk/sdkupdate/
They include C header files for all the API functions.
