1. Updated preprocessor

Sorry for taking so long to update the preprocessor. It now
will rearrange variables so you can declare them anywhere in
a routine, not just at the top (the processed code will have the
variables moved back to the top though).
Also, I took the liberty of implementing a hack to allow for faster
operations on slicing. (I already have plans to extend this hack a
little
bit more, to make it more convienient to use.)
I am now working on adding refrenced types and gosub/greturn
(but not goto, sorry Kat).
I'll try to have the next version out as soon as possible.
