I was thinking [dangerous I know] there should be a way to write a program in EU
to simulate hitting ctrl-alt-del when run so the task manager would pop up when
you clicked the icon. That would be real handy for someone [like me] that can't
hold 3 keys down. But what would you send the key values to? And what are they, I
looked at an ASCII chart and ESC is 27 but not the ones i need.

Don't need to do that. Put a shortcut to taskman.exe on your desktop, click
it, select what to kill, or click File-shutdown windows. This works on win95,
which has a lot of holdovers like this from win3.x and dos.
