Alvin:

   Do you have the Accessibility feature loaded on your
   Windows machine.
   There is a feature called StickyKeys which allows you
   to use the shortcut keys, it allows you to press key
   a modifier key then another key. Look it up on the
   start menu\help file and it will explain how to turn
   it on.
