1. Using WinTutor2.exw

I'm trying to learn Win32Lib and the IDE. When I run WinTutor2.exw the list of demo programs doesn't populate, my EUINC and EUDIR is set up right, no error messages, I have to close the to close the program by clicking the X in the upper left corner (or by ending the process via task manager) Any one have any ideas?
