1. Need help with Win32Lib ASAP

I am a blind user trying to use Win32Lib to build a web page generator for a
school project. Some of my Windows and controls are visible, while others aren't.
How can I make this consistent to make sure that those with vision can see them?
Also, how do I use playSound to play .wav files in my Win32Lib programs? Thanks.

It all depends on why they aren't visible. You haven't given enough detail for
me to work out what your problem is.

The syntax for playSound is just

   playSound(File_Name)
where File_Name is the name of a.WAV file.

Have a look at the playsounds.ew demo program, and the documentation.
