1. TCP library for Linux?

Heya all,

I'm back on the scene, as usual. However...

I'm going to start writing a chat server for Linux. However, to start
this, I'm going to need a TCP library for Linux.

Does anyone know of such a library, before I go and reinvent the wheel?
:)

TIA!

Pete E. wrote a complete server/client over tcp/ip (I think) look in the
archives

Also, if your looking for cross-platform compatability, I would recommend
Matt Lewis' wxEuphoria. Cross Platform GUI, and TCP/IP Networking. You can
find wxEuphoria at http://wxeuphoria.sourceforge.net/
