Hi folks, There's now a graphics library with over 600 functions available in the archives. It uses the GdiPlus dll that ships with XP and can be downloaded for other systems (Win98, 2000, etc.). It's about a 1Meg download from the MS site. Most of the common pic formats are supported, like jpg, gif, ico, etc. and you can display or save using any of these formats. There are too many functions to mention here, but they include drawing and image and text and fonts and stuff like that. The 600 functions are grouped as follows... -- GraphicsPath APIs -- PathIterator APIs -- Matrix APIs -- Region APIs -- Brush APIs -- HatchBrush APIs -- TextureBrush APIs -- SolidBrush APIs -- LineBrush APIs -- PathGradientBrush APIs -- Pen APIs -- CustomLineCap APIs -- AdjustableArrowCap APIs -- Image APIs -- Bitmap APIs -- ImageAttributes APIs -- Graphics APIs -- FontFamily APIs -- Font APIs -- Text APIs -- String format APIs -- Cached Bitmap APIs -- Euphoria Helper Functions Take care, Al And, good luck with your Euphoria programming! Al, Thank you very much for the mammoth work... your Micro-Economy account will soon reflect my appreciation. Just a note for anyone on Win 98SE and wanting to try the demo, make sure you have the gdi plus dll in the same directory as the demo. Regards, Marc

Hi there Marc, Oh, you're welcome, and i hope you get some good use out of it. Thanks for the donation also I think i had gdiplus.dll in my system directory on my Win98 system, but i'd have to double check -- yeah ok, that's where it is...in the C:\Windows\System directory, so it should work there too ok? Thanks for mentioning that and I'll have to put a note in the next release to let anyone using it know this. Take care, Al And, good luck with your Euphoria programming!
