Yes. it is a good feature. Without it we would be lost :) The only reason I
remember the two ways of doing it (considering I have rarely programmed in
Euphoria in the last month or so), is because I struggled with the same issue
when I started programmming in Euphoria :) However, I did refer to the trusty
manual and found my lifepreservers (equal and compare) listed there.
