There's an off-site backup with a third person
who can upload the source to his Web site if necessary.

That may be true of the Cuny/Gayle interpreter written
in Euphoria, but Pete Eberlein has a completely
independent, open source (subset) implementation written in C.

Well, you've got me there.

In the winter before last, the mayor of Toronto begged for
the Canadian armed forces to come in and dig us out after
a big storm. We became the laughing stock of the
rest of Canada.
