1. Win32lib - getPrinter()

The getPrinter function isn't working on my machine (Win98 SE).  I am using
the latest version of Win32lib.

I've tried running Wolf's pr234.exw from his latest tutorial but the program
doesn't do anything.  I've also tested the function in my own test programs.
In all cases the function is returning 0 and never brings up the select
printer dialog.

Has anybody got any clues as to why the function isn't working.
