1. Filtering Euphoria Archives Email
Hi
I like reading these archives, I learn a lot from
them, However there seems to be a lot of waisted
space in the form of trash from toilet mouth/s.
Heres my idea although I dont yet have the experience to do it.
1. The emailed archive is saved as a text file. (I can do that) LOL
2. Write a little program which searches for all instances of
email address's then deletes the following text till it
comes to a new email address. Fix it up so the user can add
or modify the address/s he or she wants to delete.
(notice I haven't mentioned any name/s here so theres no
need for anybody to reply with a foul message to this.)
3. The program resaves the revised version as a wholesome text file which
we all could enjoy and learn from.
Im sure some of you out there which have more experience than me
are just itching for a new program to write.
Im fairly new to Euphoria so I dont have the experience
to do this but I know some of you out there do.
This is the next best thing to having a server which has
filter options.
I hope one or some of you are interested in doing this.
then post it on a web sight so we can download it for use.
We all complain about reading garbage yet we have the tools on our
hands to let us not have too! :)
My big project right now is figuring out how to load some images
on a black screen then changing the palette so it all comes on
the screen at one time. Playing with palettes. Give me a month
Ill figure it out. LOL
