Perhaps if we didn't have to dodge all the flames and useless drivel that is being posted lately, more of us would be more inclined to check out ALL the posts. But as it stands now, I myself, will only check those posts which catch my eye. I'm sure quite a lot of others are of the same mind. Unfortunately for the newbies such as Asif, that means not many people are reading their posts. Making them feel as if no one is even interested in the language itself, but rather involved the ego battle. When I have over a hundred msgs in my mail, that aren't even relative to ME, I'm not going to spend two hours checking all those msgs

Asif: Here are the questions you've asked: EUFuture - answered by Dave Cuny in detail Tasks - 9 answers by various people Help - 9 answers by various people get() - answered by Thomas Parslow Graphics mode - answered by Brian Broker Mouse pointer - 2 answers I'm sorry if those answers didn't help - I'm sure we all thought the information given here and in the Euphoria documentation would be adequate for someone already familiar with VB and VC++ and working on his master's in Information Technology, such as yourself. Dear Asif - I think there are actually some things you can do to get your questions answered. I find the newsgroup has been very helpful. The trick is - you must ask one or two simple questions, clearly stated, and you will get the answers you need quickly. Be sure to put the subject of the question in the subject line of your message. You will not find a simpler language than euphoria - I promise you that - I have tried them all. - John Coonrod
