1. Euphoria 3.1 Release Candidate for FreeBSD

There is now a release candidate for FreeBSD.
Please check it out:

I also made a trivial update to the Linux Release Candidate:

The Windows/DOS Release Candidate remains the same:

If everything looks OK, I'll update the Web site for
an official 3.1 release in a couple of days.
