Hi everybody, This IRC thread is really great, but can we take this off-list? There are some people located in locales (such as India, Poland, etc) that don't have alot of bandwidth to play with, and I know from personal experience that when you download a billion messages and only 2 pertain to the topic of interest, it gets really aggravating. ... my $0.02 Now to the Euphoria part ;) Has anyone written an HTML parser in Euphoria? I'm considering coding an HTML preprocessor that will allow you to create your own custom tags with their own associated actions in a "rules" file. Here's an example: -=-=-=-=-=-=-=- <include src> = insert HTML code from src location <shock> = replace with tags "<font color="#FF0000"><h1><i>" -=-=-=-=-=-=-=- I'm thinking that using wildcard_match() will be able to locate the tags reasonably well... This project might be better suited to Perl, but I imagine that Euphoria would run it faster (even with the lack of regex's) ----->Buddy budmeister1 at juno.com _____________________________________________________________________ You don't need to buy Internet access to use free Internet e-mail.
